LERSA Honours Retired FRSC Officer for Exceptional Service

The Lekki Estates Residents and Stakeholders Association (LERSA) has honoured retired Unit Commander of Ibeju Lekki, DCC Abayomi Adewale Razaq, in recognition of his exceptional performance and dedication to duty.
The award was presented by the President of LERSA, Alhaji Sulyman Bello, who lauded the officer’s unwavering commitment to road safety and order within the Lekki axis throughout his service career.
Speaking at the event, the Chairman of the LERSA Transportation Committee, Mr. Femi Oke, described the honour as a token of deep appreciation for the officer’s contributions. He urged other officers to emulate the same level of diligence and good work. In addition to the recognition plaque, Mr. Oke presented a cash prize to the retired officer.
In his response, DCC Abayomi Adewale Razaq expressed heartfelt gratitude and commended LERSA for their sustained partnership, collaboration, and support over the years.
The event underscored the importance of synergy between residents’ associations and law enforcement agencies in fostering safety and community development.
